Booking and Payment
Our booking and payment system is handled through MassageBook and Square. These providers charger a $3.50 fee when booking through them. Your information shared during scheduling and payment is processed under their security policies and practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policy for details.
We also accept in-person payment with cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and appointments can be made over the phone, text, or email if you choose.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

To trusted service providers necessary for operating our website and booking system (e.g., hosting, scheduling).

My mission:
As a proud veteran-owned practice, I am committed to serving you with the same dedication, care, and integrity that guided us during our time in uniform. We warmly support our military members, veterans, and their families - and we open our doors to everyone from all walks of life in a space filled with compassion, respect, and healing.
At Touch del Alma, we provide thoughtful, therapeutic touch that gently nurtures your mind, body, and spirit. Here, every individual is appreciated, loved, and respected, and we deeply honor each person’s unique journey toward wellness.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM (Availability varies based on military drill schedule)
Closed on Sundays, during scheduled VA appointments, and U.S. Army Reserve duties.
Any schedule changes due to military obligations will be clearly noted in the booking calendar to avoid confusion.
Late Arrival Policy:
- Clients may arrive up to 20 minutes late and still receive treatment.
If you arrive within the 20-minute window, your session will end at the originally scheduled time.
After 20 minutes, the session will be canceled and considered a missed appointment.
- Out of respect for your time and others’, sessions will not be extended due to tardiness.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
- Cancellations are allowed up to 5 hours before your appointment with no fee.
- Late cancellations exceeding the 5-hour deadline and no shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.
After three missed appointments, a $20 deposit will be required to schedule future services.

Payments & Refunds
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash & Card only
- Refunds are only considered in cases of true emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
- Out-of-date gift certificates may be honored within 48 hours after expiration. Beyond that, they are no longer valid.
Add-On Services
- All add-ons are complimentary and can be chosen before or during your session.
- These offerings are meant to enhance your care, not increase your bill.
Client Health Disclosures
- Clients are encouraged to disclose relevant health conditions to ensure safe, appropriate care.
- What you choose to share is entirely up to you. However, Touch del Alma is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from information that was withheld.
Client Boundaries & Safety
At Touch del Alma, your safety, consent, and comfort are a foundation for our work. You have the right to:
- Pause or stop a session at any time.
- Request changes in pressure, music, temperature, or technique.
- Set personal boundaries without judgment.
~ Your session is guided by respect and communication - always. If anything feels uncomfortable, your voice is heard and honored. ~
Zero-Tolerance Policy:
We are committed to maintaining a space that is safe, inclusive, and sacred. Therefore:
- Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session.
- Clients exhibiting this behavior will be banned from future appointments, both in-office and in-home.
No refund will be issued.
