Booking and Payment Services
Touch del Alma may use third-party services to support online scheduling and payment processing. Information you provide directly through those services is also subject to the privacy and security practices of the applicable provider. Touch del Alma does not store complete payment-card information on this website.

Client Policies
Appointments & Hours
Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM
Sunday: Closed
Appointments are scheduled based on current availability. As a U.S. Army Reservist, my availability may occasionally change due to military obligations or VA appointments. Any changes to regular studio hours will be reflected in the online booking calendar.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time so you can receive the full time reserved for your session.
Clients arriving up to 20 minutes late may still receive their session; however, the appointment will end at the originally scheduled time and the full service price will still apply.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be canceled and treated as a missed appointment, subject to the cancellation and no-show policy.
This protects the time reserved for each client and prevents delays for appointments that follow.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations may b made up to 5 hours before your scheduled appointment without a fee.
Cancellations made within 5 hours of the appointment and no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
After three missed appointments, a deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service price may be required to book future appointments.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is accepted by cash or card. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled or missed, any applicable charges will be handled according to the Cancellation & No Show Policy above.
Gift Certificates are honored according to the terms provided at the time of purchase and applicable law.
Add-On Services
Available add-ons are complimentary and may be selected before or during your session based on your preferences and the service being provided.
There is no additional charge for add-ons included with your session,
Client Health Disclosures
Clients are asked to provide accurate and relevant health information that may affect their massage session, including any changes since their last appointment.
This information helps ensure that techniques, pressure, positioning, and other aspects of the session can be adjusted appropriately. If relevant health information is not disclosed, certain services or techniques may not be appropriate to provide.
Client Boundaries & Safety
Your comfort, consent, and personal boundaries are respected throughout every session. You may:
Pause or end the session at any time.
Request changes to pressure, positioning, music, temperature, or technique.
Decline any technique or area of massage you are not comfortable with.
Ask questions or communicate a boundary at any point during your session.
Communication is always welcome, and consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Touch del Alma maintains a professional and respectful environment for both clients and therapist.
Sexual comments, advances, requests for sexual services, harassment, threatening behavior, or other inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session.
Clients who violate these boundaries may be refused future services. If a session is terminated due to inappropriate conduct, no refund will be issued and the full scheduled service price will remain due.
